    I like that fact you give real life scenarios on what to do and not to do, sorry to say but A lot of the don’t do was part of my past agenda. I agree on mostly the calling family and friends when things are going wrong because sometimes the feedback is negativity when you’re trying to get out of that state of mind. I’ve learned and currently do the exercise not necessarily leave but walk away from the problem but like you stated there’s better ways to do so without the conflict

    What emotions? Emotions can be anything I left my situation get the best of me . I was mad, sad, felt cold heart didn’t care about the consequences until all of it fell back on me. But I realized you have to show emotions in a positive matter. Next time , which I hope there won’t be one but taken actions in another matter but staying calm and just simply WALK AWAY

    My children deserves better and if that isn’t enough for me to realize a change I don’t know what else is. My children were taken from me and even though it was with family it breaks my heart I can’t be there as a mother like I should be
